About
Growing up in the Philadelphia area has consistently immersed me in the world of sports. Lacrosse, in particular, has been a profound passion of mine ever since I began playing in second grade. I've been actively involved in various lacrosse teams such as Dukes Elite and Team 11 Lacrosse, and I also played four years on the varsity team during my tenure at Penn Charter. Currently, I attend Bates College, although a torn labrum in my hip has kept me off the field. Despite this setback, my love for the game persists, and I stay engaged by channeling my passion into video creation and editing.
At Bates, I serve as an Athletic Operations Assistant within the Athletic Department. Additionally, I am working closely with the Bates athletic communications/media team making video content. My journey in video production traces back to my middle school days and has since evolved significantly, especially through my proficiency in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro and iMovie. One of my strengths lies specifically in crafting sports edits using thematic storytelling.
Beyond editing, I indulge in videography as a hobby, often creating short videos and mini-films. Notably, I had the privilege to document the Summer 2020 Black Lives Matter movement alongside my involvement in the community service/advocacy club Youth4Unity in Doylestown. Attending gatherings and rallies, I carried my camera to capture both photos and videos, compiling them into condensed edits for wider dissemination and sharing.
